Your Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and dispatching service calls to technicians.
- Scheduling and planning appointments, commissioning, and other tasks.
- Tracking repairs and managing parts. (RMA)
- Create estimates and quotes for client approval.
- Ensure invoicing and follow-up of service contracts.
- Produce work orders.
- Collaborate with the team to guarantee continuity and quality of service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma: DEP or relevant technical training (an asset).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in dispatching/coordinating technicians.
- Bilingualism: French and English, spoken and written.
- Software proficiency: Excel (intermediate level), Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics Navision or equivalent.
- Strong autonomy, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of the organization.

Knowledge of English is required as the incumbent will be required to communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English as part of their duties.
