Effectuer des calculs techniques de base (volumes, structures simples, drainage, capacité portante)
Participer à l’identification des écarts techniques ou constructifs et proposer des solutions
Fournir un soutien technique continu aux équipes de construction : méthodes, matériaux, séquences, tolérances, enjeux d’exécution
Assister l’équipe de terrain dans la résolution de problèmes techniques sur le chantier
Vérifier la conformité des travaux en cours avec les plans, devis, normes MTQ ou autres normes applicables
Participer aux inspections techniques et documenter les observations
Assurer le suivi technique des activités : excavation, remblais, granulats, béton, drainage, structures, chaussées, conduites, etc.
Effectuer des suivis qualité : essais de compaction, granulométrie, béton, soudage, enrobés, etc.
Documenter les non-conformités et soutenir la mise en place de mesures correctives
Préparer et mettre à jour les dossiers techniques du projet
Compiler les données terrain, quantités, relevés et rapports techniques
Participer à la préparation des dessins d’atelier, croquis, esquisses et plans de détail
Maintenir la traçabilité des versions des plans et assurer leur distribution aux équipes
Préparer les documents requis pour les réunions techniques et de coordination
Participer à la rédaction des notes techniques, recommandations et analyses
Collaborer avec les ingénieurs concepteurs, surveillants, techniciens, arpenteurs et sous-traitants

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Détenir un diplôme universitaire en génie civil
Être membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets d’infrastructures civiles majeures
Expérience avec le MTQ est un atout
Aisance avec les outils informatiques
Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement de chantier avec horaire en rotation
Bonne maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
