  • Allocate production hours between the factory, additional resources, and subcontractors according to priorities.
  • Facilitate coordination exchanges with sales, operations, and outsourcing to align commitments.
  • Anticipate capacity needs and develop required suppliers to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
  • Structure planning practices to support capacity ramp-up and growth.
  • Contribute to expansion scenarios in the United States and France, including occasional travel to suppliers.

  • Proactivity in daily identification and advancement of priority topics.
  • Solution-oriented and resourcefulness in a context where issues evolve rapidly.
  • Versatility, initiative, and leadership in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Conditions — what the organization offers

  • Position designed as a high-potential role with the possibility of evolving towards more management once planning systems are established.
  • Long-term perspective of developing internal leaders, including future candidates for general management.
  • Growing manufacturing context with a direct impact on structuring planning practices.
  • Projects and partners in Quebec, the United States, and France, including a contribution to a significant contract in France and the establishment of local assemblies.

Assets — experiences that accelerate your impact

  • Knowledge of processes such as aluminum cutting and forming.
  • Knowledge of welding and electrical testing.
  • Ability to mobilize sales stakeholders around a common plan.

If you enjoy creating clarity in complexity and making capacity predictable, this role will give you a concrete impact from the first months. You will find real latitude to build and evolve sustainable ways of doing things.
