To excel in this role, you should:
• Have solid experience managing complex projects, ideally related to PLM solution implementation or digital transformation in an industrial environment.
• Have a strong understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform and Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Be willing to relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas, to take on this position.
• Be fluent in French and possess strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with local and international teams.
• Be available to commit to this role for a minimum period of two (2) years to ensure project continuity and success.
Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) project.
• Lead and engage a team of approximately 10 people to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Manage the business aspects of the project and ensure alignment between business needs, operational processes, and the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.
• Work closely with Dassault Aviation, based in France and responsible for the IT aspects of the project.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the various phases of the 3DEXPERIENCE implementation project.
• Define and monitor project priorities, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities between business teams, technical teams, and the various project stakeholders.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings, working sessions, and project committees with local and international teams.
• Identify project risks and issues, implement the necessary action plans, and follow through until resolution.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with the various stakeholders in both French and English.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing complex projects, ideally in the aeronautics or aerospace industry.
• Experience managing PLM solution implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Good knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform or another Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to be based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
• Willingness to commit to the position for a minimum period of two (2) years.
